Ingrid Barclay

I have been working in the Occupational Health & Safety field in the Canterbury region for over twenty five years and in my own occupational health & wellbeing business for fifteen years. I am a registered nurse with additional qualifications, including a Graduate Diploma in Occupational Health & Safety from Massey University in 2003.  I have gained entry onto the HASANZ register and been assessed as being at the professional level in my area of expertise, occupational health.

OH Well offers an extensive range of occupational health & wellbeing services and advice to our many local and national clients.  We work in a close partnership with our clients to ensure the best possible outcomes for their organisation and the health and wellbeing of all their workers.

As the Business Manager of OH Well, I am committed to raising the quality of service in occupational health & wellbeing by ensuring both a professional and friendly service to all our clients.

Mary Sullivan

I have been working for OH Well as an Occupational Health Nurse for fifteen years. I enjoy the variety of our work and meeting such a diverse range of people in various employments. A large part of my role with OH Well is delivery of regular onsite occupational health nursing support for our key clients. This includes return to work rehabilitation for employees that are post-surgery or with work/non work-related injuries, workstation assessments, PPE maintenance checks, work-related pain & discomfort and specific regular health monitoring, as required for each company.

Jackie Corby

I have worked in Occupational Health for approximately twelve years, within private business like OH Well and as an on-site nurse for a large manufacturing business. I love the variety of people I meet and the tasks that are required to keep people and businesses healthy and safe. My passion is to see people reach their potential whatever that may be. With a background in public health, this role spans from individual health to population health, influencing positive change in wellbeing.

Madison Jeffery

I have been working for OH Well as an Occupational Health Nurse for six months. I am really enjoying the variety of work involved with this role, and meeting a wide range of people from all different employments and backgrounds. I have worked as a nurse for over two years previously in the operating theatres. I am learning a lot in this role with the guidance of Ingrid to grow my skills as an Occupational Health Nurse. I love working with such a supportive team, and am excited to build on my knowledge and skills as a nurse at OH Well.

Bernie Fitzmaurice

I have been a Registered Nurse for nearly forty years, trained in Christchurch, working in various areas of health. I have spent the majority of my nursing career in Western Australia in Indigenous Health Management and the last 15 years in Mining and Healthcare. It was in mining that I was exposed to Occupational Health and saw the importance in relation to work, also the need for a healthy workforce to help with the prevention of injuries and accidents. In my spare time I try to keep fit by running on most days and also am what I would describe as a “Golf Tragic”.

Sandy Barry

I have recently joined the team at OH Well after being a practice nurse for many years. I’m enjoying learning the new skills that are a key part of the role and working with people to protect, promote and improve their health and wellbeing. This also adds benefit to businesses to help keep their workforce well and healthy. I’m enjoying the variety of people I get to meet each day and being part of the OH Well team. When I’m not at work I’m often out walking the dog or in the garden.

Melissa Rolton

I have recently joined the OH Well team as an Occupational Health Nurse. I have worked in a variety of roles as a Registered Nurse over the last sixteen years, with my most recent role being as a practice nurse within the community over the last eight years. I am looking forward to learning and growing in my new role with the amazing and supportive OH Well team.
