Ingrid Barclay

I have been working in the Occupational Health & Safety field in the Canterbury region for over twenty five years and in my own occupational health & wellbeing business for fifteen years. I am a registered nurse with additional qualifications, including a Graduate Diploma in Occupational Health & Safety from Massey University in 2003.  I have gained entry onto the HASANZ register and been assessed as being at the professional level in my area of expertise, occupational health.

OH Well Ltd offers an extensive range of occupational health & wellbeing services and advice to our many local and national clients.  We work in a close partnership with our clients to ensure the best possible outcomes for their organisation and the health and wellbeing of all their workers.

As the owner of OH Well Ltd, I am committed to raising the quality of service in occupational health & wellbeing by ensuring both a professional and friendly service to all our clients.

Our Team

Mary Sullivan

I have been working for OH Well as an Occupational Health Nurse for 15 years. I enjoy the variety of our work and meeting such a diverse range of people in various employments. A large part of my role with OH Well is delivery of regular onsite occupational health nursing support for our key clients. This includes return to work rehabilitation for employees that are post-surgery or with work/non work-related injuries, workstation assessments, PPE maintenance checks, work-related pain & discomfort and specific regular health monitoring, as required for each company.

Susan Clark

Having worked in the accounting field for over thirty years I thoroughly enjoy my role at OH Well, the clients I liaise with, and the OH Well team. I also handle any enquiries regarding pricing and would be happy to provide a quote to complete occupational health & wellbeing services for your company. My hours are Monday – Thursday 08:30am – 4.00pm and I can be contacted on 03 377 2661 or you can email me at accounts@ohwell.co.nz

Jessica Sim

I completed my nursing degree in Christchurch, graduating in 2018. Following this, I have worked in ENT and paediatrics at Christchurch Hospital. I have a real passion for nursing and a keen interest in Occupational Health. Under Ingrid's guidance, I am growing my skills and knowledge in this area. I enjoy providing health education while encouraging others to think about their own health and safety while in the workplace.

Penny Clinton

Sarah Godfrey

I am a Registered nurse and have worked in Occupational Health for the last three years here in Christchurch. Prior to this I worked in medical research, GP practices, hospitals and community organisations in New Zealand, Australia and England.  I very much enjoy working in Occupational Health as there is a big focus on preventative health and safety and wellness in the workplace. You get to meet people in a variety of industries with different jobs and skills and every day is different.  Although I have lived in many places, Christchurch and in particular the sea and hills of Banks Peninsula are home.

Suzanne Croft

I started my nursing life in Reefton as a District Nurse before moving to Christchurch, raising a family and working part time in aged care. Previous to OH Well I worked as an Arthritis educator where the focus was on education and self-management, which fits very nicely with Occupational Health and Wellness. What I enjoy about Occupational Health nursing is the focus on improving health and wellness in the work place. The variety of work sites we visit ensures that no two days are the same.

Heidi-Anne Hardy

I began my career as a surgical nurse at CDHB where I worked for two years before joining OH Well in June 2016. I feel privileged to be responsible for providing health care to such a diverse range of people. No two days are the same as an Occupational Health Nurse. It’s a rewarding role being able to educate workers and detect any potential health issues. I enjoy being part of the OH Well team and providing quality healthcare for our clients.

Kim- Marie Harding

I trained in the British Army as a Registered General Nurse, then worked in the British Prison Service before becoming a Parkinsons Nurse Specialist. In 2006 we moved from the UK to Christchurch and five years ago I was lucky enough to start working in Occupational Health. I love this field of nursing because of the variety of work we undertake and the many people we meet. The positive impact we can have and the ability to develop relationships, monitor and educate for healthy outcomes makes this my ideal role.
